This class is perfect for those new to Yoga! If you have never taken a class before or just once, This practice is a safe space for you to ask questions, learn Surya Namaskar A and B (sun salutations) work on asana alignment, body awareness, understanding your breath and learn about meditation. I aim to make classes more of an experience than merely going through the motion of the asanas, I incorporate music, mantras , breathing exercises, intention setting and meditation.
